Are dogs allowed?

Yes well behaved dogs are allowed however they must be kept on a lead & cleaned up after. We also recommend they are used to large crowds and loud noises. We will have water bowls available at all the bars for pooches to grab a free drink from.

Can I Pay on The Door?

We will have limited numbers of tickets available on the door for cash or card each day with pricing as follows: Adult (Fri night) – £10, Adult (Sat & Sun) – £12, Children – £5 (Fri, Sat & Sun) It is advised you pre-book online as it is cheaper & guarantees entry to the event.

Do I need a negative test or vaccine to attend?

No there is no requirement to show a negative test or vaccine. If you have any symptoms of covid-19 then you should follow the correct procedures in place at the time of the event.

Is there Parking?

Yes, we have parking on-site please follow the signs on Links Road (the main road from Seaton sluice to Blyth) there will be a small charge for this to help cover the costs of ground repair.

How do I provide information to track and trace?

There will be QR codes to scan at the entrance to the event, all members of your party (excluding children), must scan these prior to entry to the event. If you do not have the app then we will have paper forms that you must fill in before you are allowed entry.

Do I need to print my tickets?

We ask that if you can, you do print your tickets as it will allow us to get you into the event quicker. If this is not possible then show the QR code of your ticket on your phone to the staff member on the door and they will scan that.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Due to the event being on a field we anticipate should the ground become wet that wheelchair access would not be possible on the site. Mobiloo do however have “all-terrain” wheelchairs available for free hire on a first come, first served basis. These can be booked by calling 0300 999 4444

Can I bring my own food or drinks into the event?

We do not allow you to bring your own drinks into the event. Bag searches will be in place at the entrance. We cannot stop you from bringing your own food to the event however the only reason the event continues to take place is due to the revenue provided by the food traders at the event so we would kindly ask that if you wish for Festival by the Sea to continue into the future that you avoid bringing food into the event and choose to purchase from the fantastic local food traders at the event instead.

Is there any cash machines at the event?

There is no cash machine on-site however all bars accept card & will provide cash back. Most food vendors will also accept card.
